Little Samurai Judo

Timberline offers a class for boys and girls ages 4-6. Little Samurai Judo will help your child:

• Improve behavior at home and at school
• Improve listening skills, courtesy, and self-control
• Overcome shyness and improve self-confidence
• Learn to love physical fitness.

This class is a basic introduction to martial arts training. Each class will help your youngster improve coordination, balance, agility, and flexibility. Small class sizes enable your child to get lots of individual attention.

The program covers:

• Basic tumbling
• Proper falling techniques
• Basic Judo throws, pins, and turnovers
• Fun drills and games.
